Returns & Refunds

You have 14 days from the day you receive your order to cancel your purchase for any reason. To start a return, email us at info@nappawpets.com with your order number.

Changed your mind?
Items must be unused and in their original packaging. Return shipping costs are paid by the customer. Please contact us first for the return address — returns sent without contacting us can’t be accepted.

Damaged, defective or wrong item?
Send us a photo within 14 days of delivery and we’ll send a replacement or a full refund — no need to return it.

Refunds
Once we receive and check your return, we’ll refund you within 14 days to your original payment method.

Order not arrived?
If your order hasn’t arrived after 25 business days, contact us and we’ll help.
